Avenue South Residence showflat is not located the actual site. It is situated on a more prominent location which is next to Redhill MRT Station. For interested parties who had made an online appointment with us and intend to take public transportation, simply alight at Redhll MRT Station (EW18) along the East-West. It will take less than 2 minutes’ walk from the control station to reach our showflat.

For those who are driving to Avenue South Residence showroom, please travel along Alexandra Road and make a left turn into Alexandra View. The closest expressway to reach our showflat is either via Ayer-Rajah Expressway (AYE) or Pan-Island Expressway (PIE). Please note that there are limited private parking lots at our showroom and it will be on first-come-first-serve basis.

Avenue South Residence Showroom is conveniently located next to Redhill MRT Station. If you are traveling by your own transport, there are limited parking lots at the showflat. Therefore visitors are strongly advised to source for alternate parking once the car park is full. The nearest parking area is the HDB car park across the road .
